The São Mamede de Infesta Railway Station is a railway interface on the Leixões Line, which serves the locality of São Mamede de Infesta, in the Municipality of Matosinhos, in Portugal. Has not had passenger services since February 1, 2011.

A public tender on January 27, 1931 delivered a contract, for all complementary works on the Leixões Line, to the businessman Waldemar Jara d'Orey. These works included the installation of the railway between Contumil and Leixões, and the construction of all stations and stops, including São Mamede. This station should be served by telephone communications, have a passenger building, a covered and an open pier, a Portuguese sidewalk, and an access road, initially providing that the variant of São Mamede da Estrada Nacional n. 3 was lowered to cross the roads.

In 1934, during the construction of the Leixões Line, there were some problems in the planning of this station, related to the crossing with the road; in fact, an alternative solution was being considered, through the construction of an overpass. That year, work was almost completed on the station building, and on the covered and uncovered docks, but work on the overpass had not yet started.

The section between Contumil and Leixões was opened for exploration on 18 September 1938.
